Privacy Policy

Photo to Video (“the App”) is operated by Hong Marketing Inc. (“we”, “us”), doing business as Havlek. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The App is designed to work without asking for your name, email, or a traditional account.

Information we collect

• Anonymous device identifier. When you first open the App, we generate a random identifier and store it securely on your device. It lets us maintain your credit balance and creation history. It is not your name, email, or Apple ID.
• Purchases. Credit packs are sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment; we never see your card details. We record which pack was purchased and your resulting credit balance.
• Content you create. The photos or videos you select and the text prompts you type are used to generate your result. To do this, they are sent to our third-party AI generation provider, fal.ai, Inc. (“fal.ai”), which routes them to the specific AI model you choose to produce the video. Before any content is sent for the first time, the App shows an in-app notice explaining what is sent and to whom, and asks for your explicit permission. Your generated videos are stored so you can view and download them in the App.
• Basic technical data. Standard information needed to operate the service reliably, such as app version and request/error logs.

How we use your information

We use the information above only to provide the App’s features: create and store your videos, maintain your credit balance, process purchases, and keep the service secure and working. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

Face data

The App does not perform facial recognition and does not create a faceprint, face template, or any other biometric identifier. If a photo or video you choose to submit contains a person’s face, that image is handled exactly like any other content you submit: it is sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) solely to generate the video you requested. It is never used to identify anyone, to build a profile, to train AI models, or for advertising. Images you submit and the videos generated from them are stored in our secure cloud storage so you can access them in the App, and are deleted when you delete your account (Profile → Delete Account). This content is not shared with any third party other than the AI generation provider described here.

Third-party service providers

To deliver the App we rely on service providers who process data on our behalf: our AI generation provider fal.ai, Inc. (which performs the photo-to-video and image generation, and may route your request to the underlying model vendor for the model you select), cloud hosting and database providers, and Apple (for in-app purchases). These providers process the content you submit solely to perform the generation and hosting functions described above. We require them, by contract, to protect your information and to use it only to provide these services to us — not for their own purposes.

Data retention and deletion

Your submitted photos and videos, the results generated from them, your credit balance, and your creation history are retained until you delete them or delete your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). This removes your account, credit balance, creation history, and stored content.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
